As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.
You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com between 11.00 am to 6.00 pm IST with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product.
Products in Sale are not eligible for refund/ Exchange.
Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit. The Client is responsible for shipping the product back to us. However, we can help them do it with our logistic company ( return shipping charges has to be borne by the client).
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
